How to create a wiggle effect in After Effects

How to use the ‘wiggle’ function that shakes left, right, up and down
1) Create an object to which you want to add the wiggle function. In this example, a text layer is created.

2) Select the position property of the transform.

3) Select add expression from the animation menu at the top (or add an expression by clicking the alt + position property)

4) Now you can enter an expression in the position property.

5) Select the position property, click the timeline on the right, and enter the wiggle() function.

6) Enter the parameter values ​​of the function. Check how the wiggle function functions depending on the size of the first and second values.

7) To copy the function to another layer, right-click on the property and select copy expression only.

8) Select the property of the layer you want to paste to.

9) Select paste from the edit menu at the top to paste.
