In WordPress, the names of default templates and templates included in themes cannot be changed, and only the names of custom templates added by users can be changed.

1) Go to the Templates menu in the block editor.

2)Go to the template of the theme you are using in WordPress. In my case, it is the Twenty Twenty-Five theme.

3) The names of default templates and templates included in themes cannot be changed (the rename menu is not displayed)

4) You can add custom templates from add templates at the top.

5) Select Admin on the left to display a list of templates added by your admin account.

6) Custom templates display the rename menu and can be renamed.
